Community Safety & Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what's expected of everyone using MEET MINGLE & GO, and what happens if it isn't followed. It applies to every video date, event, and communication on the platform.

1. Respectful behaviour

Users must treat others respectfully during video dates. All video chats will be recorded for security and protection; this will only be reviewed if a report of bad behaviour has been made.

Users must not harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, insult, pressure, stalk, shame, or abuse other members.

2. No sexual harassment or explicit behaviour

Users must not display nudity, engage in sexual acts, make unwanted sexual comments, expose themselves, request sexual content, or behave in a sexually aggressive or inappropriate way during any event or communication.

3. No recording or screenshots without consent

Users must not record, screenshot, livestream, copy, save, share, or publish any part of a speed dating session or video call communications without clear permission from everyone involved.

4. Honest identity and profile information

Users must provide honest and accurate profile information and must not impersonate another person, create fake accounts, or misrepresent their age, relationship status, gender, location, intentions, or identity.

5. Age restriction

Users must be at least 24 years old to use the platform. Anyone found to be under 24 will have their account removed immediately.

6. No discrimination or hate

Users must not use discriminatory, hateful, degrading, or offensive language or behaviour based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, appearance, or background.

7. No scams, spam, or financial requests

Users must not ask other members for money, gifts, loans, investments, bank details, passwords, personal documents, cryptocurrency, donations, or financial support. Users must not promote scams, businesses, adult services, affiliate links, or unrelated products.

8. No dangerous or illegal activity

Users must not use the platform to arrange illegal activity, threaten harm, encourage violence, share illegal content, exploit others, or engage in any activity that could put another person at risk.

9. Event conduct

Users must attend sessions on time, follow the on-screen instructions, and remain respectful during each date. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund.

10. Consequences of breaking this policy

If a user breaks this policy, we may issue a warning, remove them from an event, suspend or terminate their account, block future bookings, cancel membership access, or report serious incidents to relevant authorities.
